Similarly, Department of Management Studies IIT Delhi, Department of Industrial and Management Engineering IIT Kanpur, Department of Management Studies IIT Madras and Department of Management Studies IIT Roorkee also offers master’s degree programmes related to management. The admission to these programmes is through Joint Management Entrance Test. The eligibility criteria for different institutes vary.
The JMET application has to be submitted online through websites of IITs or IISc. The fee can be paid through Core Banking or DD modes. After applying online, the printout of application form and the other mentioned documents should be sent to IISc. After qualifying JMET, the candidate has to apply separately for management schools of IITs he wish to seek admission. GD and PI will be held at the respective institutes.
The entrance test comprises of single paper to be answered in three hours. The questions fall under the categories, Verbal Communication, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation. For more details, log on to the websites of IITs or IISc.
