Eligibility: Any of the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any branch of Engineering, Architecture, Town Planning, Building Sciences from a recognized University. OR
Non-Engineering Graduates with 2 years' work experience in a construction firm.
Diploma holders of Graduate Programme in Project Management (GPPM) of NICMAR are eligible for PGPCM programme.
Duration: The Programme duration is 24 months. It is divided in 4 Modules; each term is of 6 months.
